Payment Method

We accept major credit cards via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Upon checkout, you will be directed to PayPal’s website to process your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout securely as a PayPal guest.

Security

We do not collect credit card information on our site. All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to protect your details. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Sales Tax

All orders purchased and shipped within Maryland will be assessed the current state sales tax.

Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate shipping at $4.00 per standard order (excluding expedited, custom, and wholesale orders). If you require expedited shipping, please contact Anita before placing your order. Expedited requests made after an order has been placed will not be honored.

Shipping Method and Delivery

Unless otherwise noted, orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment. All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Download Content

Purchasing a downloadable product allows you the personal and private use of that download on an unlimited number of devices owned and/or used by you. To duplicate and distribute copies with friends and family or post them on any website violates this purchase agreement.

Download links will be active for thirty (30). If you cannot download your purchase within the time frame allotted, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll send you a new link.

Refunds (Downloadable Content)

Due to the nature of downloadable content, sales are final. However, for a circumstantial issue, a request for a refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis and issued at the owner’s discretion. Please send your request for a refund to Anita within three (3) days of your purchase date. Requests for returns after three days will not be considered.

Returns and Refunds (Undamaged Product)

If you are unsatisfied with a physical product you purchased, please contact Anita within seven (7) days of receipt with the reason for the return request. When you return the undamaged product, please email the date you shipped the package and the USPS tracking number. Once the product has been returned undamaged, a refund for the item will be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items. Undamaged products not returned within thirty (30) days of the return request will be considered “accepted by the customer,” and no refund will be offered.

Exchanges (Damaged Product)

For physical products damaged during shipping, please send Anita a message and a photo of the damaged item within three (3) days of receipt. Re-pack all original packing materials into the box and ship items back for a replacement product. When you return the damaged product, please email the date you shipped the package and the USPS tracking number. Upon receipt of the returned product, your replacement product will be shipped. Damaged products not returned within thirty (30) days of the exchange request will be considered “accepted by the customer,” and no replacement will be sent.

You can view your recent orders from your account dashboard, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
